Dear Parent/Guardian:

 

You will need to go to Thornridge High School in the Truant Office in E-108, and see Ms. Venita Moses. You will also need the following documentation to complete the process:

 

• A copy of your mortgages or lease agreement

• Two copies or originals of utility bills

• A copy of parent/guardian photo identification
